Nine Christmas villages will run in Cyprus from 21 November 2026 to 6 January 2027 inclusive. The Deputy Ministry of Tourism announced the list on 18 September. The villages will have festive decorations, wooden stalls with local products and handicrafts, workshops on crafts, wine and food, walks, cycling routes and guided tours.

Where the villages are

  • Nicosia district: Kakopetria, Kalopanagiotis, Fikardou.

  • Lofou — a small village among vineyards and almond trees.
  • Statos-Agios Fotios — a village in the Paphos mountains: apples, grapes and local wine.
  • Deryneia — the island’s main strawberry grower; its cultural centre has a viewpoint over Famagusta.
